PlutoAI provides AI-powered agent services specifically designed for insurance companies, including but not limited to voice, SMS, and email automation solutions for customer service, claims processing, and risk assessment.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlutoAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
